Introducing our newest and most exciting service—360 Moments! This immersive experience captures your event from every angle, creating unforgettable memories. A custom filter will be available upon request for video recordings, adding a unique touch to your moments. Groups of 3-4 people can enjoy the booth at a time, with fun props provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Whether it's a party, wedding, or special event, 360 Moments is guaranteed to wow your guests and bring extra excitement to your celebration.

The Nonstop Memories plan is perfect for weddings, birthdays, or any big event where you need coverage from start to finish. We’ll be there all day long—we won’t leave until the celebration is done… or until you tell us it’s time to go (but we might stick around just a little longer). The price varies based on your event, and you’ll get unlimited photos—all edited to meet our professional standards. A private digital gallery with a personal password will be provided for easy access to your images. Videography can also be added—pricing will vary.

1. Do you travel for shoots outside of your local area?

Yes, we do! We’re happy to travel for shoots, whether it’s a special event, portrait session, or any other service you need. A small travel fee may apply depending on the location and distance, but we’ll always communicate any additional charges upfront so there are no surprises. Let us know where you’re located, and we’ll work with you to make it happen!

2. Do you require a deposit to book a session?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures that your session is reserved and allows us to prepare for your event or shoot. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total balance. Final payment is due on the day of the session or event. We’ll provide all the details when you book, so you know exactly what to expect.

3. What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling ?

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations, a deposit may be non-refundable depending on the timing, but we’ll work with you to find the best solution. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Please reach out to discuss any changes, and we’ll make sure to handle everything smoothly.

4. What types of deliverables do you offer—digital files, prints, or albums?

All of our packages include professionally edited digital photos delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery for easy viewing and downloading. While we currently focus on digital delivery, we can also assist with prints or albums upon request. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the options.

5. why don't you have a solo videography plan & why is it only available for large events?

Great question! While we do offer videography services, it’s currently available as an add-on for larger events like weddings, birthdays, and other full-day celebrations. This helps us ensure we have the time and resources to deliver the high-quality video production our clients expect. Although there isn’t a separate tab on the site just yet, we’re happy to discuss videography options directly with you. If you have any inquires, please contact us!

6. Am I able to request specific poses or shot ideas during my session?

Absolutely! We love when clients bring their own ideas to the table. Whether it’s a pose, a certain vibe, or a must-have shot, feel free to share it with us—we’ll take your vision and bring it to life or even build on it to create something even better. Collaboration is what makes each session unique, and we’re all about making sure you walk away with photos you truly love.

7. Can we schedule a meeting before the session?

Of course! We’re always happy to connect before your shoot—whether it’s a quick phone call, video chat, or in-person meetup (if local). It’s a great way to go over your ideas, ask questions, and make sure we’re all on the same page. We want you to feel comfortable and confident going into your session, and a quick chat beforehand can make all the difference.

8. How long does it take to receive my final photos?

Turnaround time can vary depending on the type of session, but we typically deliver final edited photos within 1 to 2 weeks. For larger events like weddings or full-day coverage, it may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you updated throughout the process. Your photos will be delivered through a private, password-protected digital gallery so you can easily view, download, and share your memories.
